The Local Agency Formation Commission for San Bernardino County has received an application entitled:

LAFCO 3000A - Reorganization to include Detachments from the Central Valley Fire Protection District, Establishment of the Central Valley Fire Protection District as a Subsidiary District of the City of Fontana and Renamed the Fontana Fire Protection District (City of Fontana Alternative Proposal)
