The overall service review and sphere study area is located in the mountain region of the County. Within the general Crest Forest community are the unincorporated areas known as Arrowhead Highlands, Cedarpines Park, Crestline, Lake Gregory, Skyland, Valley of Enchantment, Valley of the Moon, and Valley View Park.
